Softball Recap: Rockmart Has No Trouble Against Ringgold

After only one run in their last contest, Rockmart made sure to put some runs up on the board against Ringgold on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets blew past the Tigers 13-5. The Yellowjackets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Rockmart has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Ringgold, they dropped their record down to 4-15 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
