Basketball Recap: Oxford Comes Up Short

Oxford lost against Great Valley back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Oxford Hornets lost 56-31 to the Great Valley Patriots. The Hornets just can't catch a break and have now endured ten defeats in a row.

Oxford's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Great Valley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-6.

Oxford will welcome Avon Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Great Valley, they will head out to take on Villa Joseph Marie at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Great Valley is facing Villa Joseph Marie at the right time seeing as Villa Joseph Marie is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
