Soccer Recap: Design Tech Has No Trouble Against East Palo Alto Academy

Design Tech kept a clean sheet against East Palo Alto Academy on Wednesday. They blew past the East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs 8-0. That's two games straight that the Dragons have won by exactly eight goals.

Their offense was hitting East Palo Alto Academy from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Kathleen Hananouchi led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Design Tech has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for East Palo Alto Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Design Tech wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 7-0 win against KIPP Esperanza on the 27th. East Palo Alto Academy has also already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Summit Shasta on the 24th.
