Altoona came tearing into Friday's game with 19 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.1 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 41-37 W against the State College Little Lions. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 66-37 victory back in January.

Altoona's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points over those games. As for State College, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-5.
