The Bangor Slaters will challenge the Palmerton Blue Bombers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Bangor's defeat came about despite a quality game from Avery Nelson, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine boards. That was a full 58.3% of Bangor's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Meanwhile, Palmerton put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Moravian Academy to the tune of 55-8.

Palmerton pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.7 points. As for Bangor, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
