Softball Recap: Pomona Takes a Loss

Pomona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 14-2 to the Dakota Ridge Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Pomona's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Dakota Ridge, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-11.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pomona will take on rival Green Mountain at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Dakota Ridge is set to square off against their familiar foe Golden at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
