Football Recap: Boonton Bombers vs. Parsippany Redhawks
Boonton took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They strolled past the Parsippany Redhawks with points to spare, taking the game 42-24. The Bombers haven't had any issues with the Redhawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Phoenix LaCorte and Josiah Chaplain. LaCorte gained 176 total yards and two touchdowns while Chaplain rushed for 97 yards and a pair of scores. Those 97 rushing yards gave Chaplain a new career-high.
