Football Recap: Fort Scott Comes Up Short

Fort Scott lost against Pittsburg back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers took a 22-15 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons.

Malcolm Riley had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 49 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Pittsburg.

Fort Scott's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pittsburg, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Fort Scott will square off against Labette County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pittsburg, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Paola at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
