Basketball Recap: Windsor Takes a Loss

Windsor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Cardinal Newman Cardinals 72-21. The Jaguars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-13.

Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Cardinal Newman, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

Windsor will be playing in front of their home fans against Heritage at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Heritage will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Windsor surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cardinal Newman, they will face off against Eureka at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
