Basketball Recap: Strath Haven Panthers vs. Upper Merion Area Vikings
Strath Haven was the 47-39 winner over Upper Merion Area when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Strath Haven Panthers fell 41-33 to the Upper Merion Area Vikings on Thursday.
Kennedy Coles was a one-man wrecking crew for Upper Merion Area as she dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Coles is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played dating back to last season.
The win got Upper Merion Area back to even at 1-1.
A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Strath Haven Panthers take on the Penncrest Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Upper Merion Area, they will face off against Norristown at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
