Softball Recap: East Marshall Wins Going Away Against South Hardin

While East Marshall put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for South Hardin. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 17-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 17 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

East Marshall has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games. As for South Hardin, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

East Marshall has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against BCLUW on the 2nd. As for South Hardin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 13-6 victory against Aplington-Parkersburg on the 2nd.
