Softball Recap: Gehlen Catholic Comes Up Short

Gehlen Catholic was the 10-2 winner over West Sioux when they last played one another back in May, but their luck changed this time around. The Jays fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 6-5 on Monday. The Jays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gehlen Catholic now has a losing record of 7-8. As for West Sioux, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gehlen Catholic will head out to square off against Western Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Sioux, they will venture away from home to challenge Hinton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
