Neumann-Goretti waltzed into their match on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Conwell-Egan Catholic Eagles 81-26. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-17.

Reginna Baker was her usual excellent self, putting up 24 points and six rebounds. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Carryn Easley, who posted 12 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

When it comes to explaining why Conwell-Egan Catholic lost, don't look at Lily Milewski. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Milewski is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 45% in the last four games she's played. Celeste Kinney also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Neumann-Goretti pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for Conwell-Egan Catholic, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.
