Football Recap: Century Comes Up Short

Century was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 28-6 to the Northfield Raiders. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Century's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Northfield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Century will take on Winona at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Northfield, they will challenge Two Rivers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Raiders will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.86 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
