Softball Preview: Cactus Cobras vs. Goldwater Bulldogs        
        
		
            
 Cactus is 8-0 against Goldwater since April of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Monday. The Cactus Cobras will head out on the road to  square off against  the Goldwater Bulldogs at 3:45  p.m. Cactus is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
 Last Thursday, Cactus had just enough and edged Goldwater out  9-8.
  Ciara Anthony was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out 12 batters over  seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and seven unearned) runs off   four  hits. Anthony was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Charley Enos was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4. She hasn't dropped below three  RBI for three straight games. Another player making a difference was  Shelby Teasley, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Cactus has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 7-14 record  this season. As for Goldwater, they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-9.
