Softball Recap: Assumption Gets the Win

Assumption owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-0 win over the Central Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Assumption's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Amelia Marix, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Isabella Domingue was another, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

The win got Assumption back to even at 1-1.
