Tohatchi's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 28-6 margin over the Shiprock Chieftains. Considering the Cougars have won three contests by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Tohatchi didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Wesley Chee and Ryan Willie.

Tohatchi's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Shiprock, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.
