Soccer Recap: Arlington Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Arlington hadn't done well against Poly recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Arlington Lions never let the Poly Bears onto the board and left with a 1-0 win. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 86th, while the Bears are ranked 367th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Arlington's one-goal win came courtesy of Kimberly Martinez Vidal, who's now up to six this season.
