Football Recap: Hillside Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Hillside was feeling good fresh off their 22-0 takedown of E.E. Smith last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets fell 11-6 to the Panther Creek Catamounts on Friday. The Hornets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Catamounts from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Hillside's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Panther Creek, the win (which was their fifth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Coming up, Hillside will welcome Dudley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Panther Creek, they will head out to take on Knightdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
