After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Clairsville, Union Local was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Carrollton Warriors by a score of 4-2. Considering Union Local's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Carrollton with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dominic Crum (2), Izayha Hall, and Brady Roe.

Union Local's victory bumped their record up to 7-2-1. As for Carrollton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union Local will face off against Monroe Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Carrollton, they will take on Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
