Southland Academy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Westwood Wildcats as they made off with a 14-2 win. Considering the Raiders have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Southland Academy's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Westwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Southland Academy will head out on the road to square off against Crisp Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. As for Westwood, they will square off against Southwest Georgia Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
