Softball Recap: Lisbon Takes a Loss

Lisbon fell victim to Iowa City and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Little Hawks, falling 11-0. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lisbon's defeat dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Iowa City, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-8.

Lisbon has already played their next contest, a 12-3 win against Mid-Prairie on the 28th. As for Iowa City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 8-1 loss against Fort Dodge on the 27th.
