Basketball Recap: Richland Rams vs. Penns Valley Area Rams
It's playoff time, and Richland had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 49-47 victory over Penns Valley Area on Wednesday. Richland hasn't had any issues with Penns Valley Area recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Leading Richland to victory were Trinity Macey and Lanie Marshall. Macey to rack up 17 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals, while Marshall posted 11 points along with four blocks and three steals. The contest was Macey's third in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kiya Wise, who put up six points and six boards.
Richland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in eight consecutive matches.
