Softball Recap: Williamsburg Takes a Loss

Williamsburg lost against Muscatine back in July of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders fell just short of the Muskies by a score of 2-1.

Williamsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 23-6. As for Muscatine, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Williamsburg didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-4 loss against Bettendorf on the 28th. As for Muscatine, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-0 victory against Charles City on the 28th.
