Soccer Recap: Orland Starts Season with Defeat at Home + How To Watch

Orland unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 6-3 to the Red Bluff Spartans on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Orland of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.

Nelani Bose and Aaliyah Reyes scored all three of Orland's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Orland has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Yuba City on the 4th. As for Red Bluff, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Live Oak on the 5th.
