Dezmond Murphy Game Report: vs Lambert + How To Watch

Passers beware: Dezmond Murphy came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made three total tackles, but sadly Cherokee still had to take a 50-40 loss at the hands of Lambert. We hope Murphy's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Murphy and Cherokee will square off against North Paulding at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 100 places lower in Georgia), but they're not letting that get them down.
