Soccer Recap: Geneseo Takes a Loss

Geneseo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Marist RedHawks.

Geneseo's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Marist, their victory bumped their record up to 6-8.

Looking ahead, Geneseo is taking a road trip to challenge Galesburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Geneseo will be up against Galesburg's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.73 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Marist, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Patrick at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
