Conner came tearing into Monday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the St. Henry Crusaders by a score of 9-4. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against the Crusaders two weeks ago, they had to take a 9-8 loss.

Jagger Sheanshang looked comfortable as he tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, Conner let Case Testerman and Brady Bushman run wild. Testerman went 4-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base, while Bushman went 4-for-5 with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple marked the first that Bushman has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Kelly, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.

Conner always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Henry only posted an OBP of .364.

Conner's record is now 22-15. As for St. Henry, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-24.

As of now, neither Conner nor the Crusaders have any future games scheduled.
