After having lost a blowout in their previous game against White County, Franklin County was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Rabun County Wildcats a 15-0 shutout. The Lions' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Franklin County's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Rabun County, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Franklin County will face off against Habersham Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rabun County, they will head out to face off against Towns County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
