Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask El Modena). They never let the Bolsa Grande Matadors onto the board and left with an 8-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Vanguards as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

El Modena's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11-3. As for Bolsa Grande, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-3.
