Clovis North is 9-0-1 against Clovis since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Broncos will head out to square off against the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Clovis North has four straight wins, Clovis has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Clovis better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Clovis North's game on Friday is any indication, that's when Clovis North really gets things going. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Clovis North considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, Clovis fell victim to Buchanan and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Clovis can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 433rd, while Buchanan are ranked 11th).

Clovis' defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for Clovis North, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2-2.
