Softball Recap: Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley Takes a Loss

Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley blew Western Christian out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Western Christian got their revenge. The NIGHTHAWKS fell just short of the Wolfpack by a score of 7-5. The NIGHTHAWKS were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolfpack earlier this season, when they won 11-3.

This is the second loss in a row for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley and nudges their season record down to 11-10. As for Western Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-14.

Looking ahead, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley will host Unity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Western Christian, they have already played their next game, a 12-2 defeat against Sergeant Bluff-Luton on the 28th.
