Basketball Recap: Lighthouse Community Comes Up Short on the Road Against Golden State Prep

Lighthouse Community kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 60-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Golden State Prep. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Golden State Prep apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Mykael Durr-Rackley had an outrageously good game for Golden State Prep as he posted 33 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Biren Lowe, who earned 17 points.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lighthouse Community will square off against rival Lodestar at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Golden State Prep is set to challenge their familiar foe Coliseum College Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
