The Sage Creek Bobcats's game on Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They wrapped up 2023 with a 47-33 victory over Holy Martyrs Armenian.
Leading Sage Creek to victory were Claire Novak and Gia Kiesling. Novak scored 12 points, while Kiesling scored nine points along with eight steals and five rebounds. Kiesling is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Harmony Lawler was another key contributor, scoring four points along with nine rebounds.
Sage Creek's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Holy Martyrs Armenian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.
