Softball Recap: Northwest Takes a Loss

Northwest fell victim to Jackson and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fighting Indians. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Fighting Indians: they've now lost five in a row.

Adeline Paszkiewicz spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on nine hits.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Jackson, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-7.

Northwest has already played their next game (against Howell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Jackson, they will face off against Chaffee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
