Shelby-Rising City will have to keep a close watch on Samantha Hueske and Tenley Williamson, a pair of players who had a big impact on Nebraska Lutheran's prior game. Hueske dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards, while Williamson posted nine points and six rebounds. Hueske has become a key player for Nebraska Lutheran: the team is 5-1 when she posts at least eight rebounds, but 1-3 otherwise.

Shelby-Rising City's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Nebraska Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
