Northwestern had won 16 straight road games dating back to last season and Makayla Presser-Palmer did her part to make it 17 on Monday. The Northwestern Wildcats breezed past the Iroquois Braves to the tune of 65-5 thanks in part to Presser-Palmer, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. The matchup was her 18th in a row with at least 15 points.

Ashlyn Bucci was another key player, going 5 of 7 on her way to 11 points and six boards. What's more, she also posted a 71% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's posted since back in March of 2024.

Northwestern's victory bumped their record up to 21-0. As for Iroquois, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwestern will take on Mercyhurst Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Iroquois, they will square off against Seneca at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
