Soccer Recap: Palo Alto Starts Season with Loss at Home

Palo Alto unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the Aragon Dons on Tuesday. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Vikings couldn't quite close it out.

Palo Alto has already played their next game, a 2-2 draw against Menlo-Atherton on the 12th. As for Aragon, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Crystal Springs Uplands on the 5th.
