Soccer Recap: Howard Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Howard was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They lost 7-1 to the Westside Patriots. The contest was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for the Huskies it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Kweli Vocke, who's now up to five this season.

Howard now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Westside, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-4.

Howard didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 defeat against Aquinas on the 28th. As for Westside, they will face off against Harlem at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th.
