Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Swainsboro, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Montgomery County on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Swainsboro hit Montgomery County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cristian Garcia (2), Peyton Taylor, and Matias Castillo.

Swainsboro pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Woodville-Tompkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
