Softball Recap: Pawnee Find Success

Pawnee had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sterling Tigers on Friday, sneaking past 4-2. This was payback for the Black Bears, who suffered a 5-4 loss the last time these two teams met.

Pawnee's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Sterling, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-2.

Coming up, Pawnee will be playing in front of their home fans against Caney Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Sterling, they will challenge Davenport at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
