Soccer Recap: Douglass Comes Up Short

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Mays Raiders who were credited with the win. The Mays Raiders got it done in the shootout by posting six goals to the Douglass Astros' five.

Douglass' defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Mays, they moved to 2-7 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Coming up, Douglass will welcome Drew at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mays, they are taking a road trip to take on Jackson at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Mays' defense better be ready for this one: Jackson has averaged an impressive 2.6 goals per game this season.
