Soccer Game Preview: JW North vs. Rancho Verde

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rancho Verde, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let Hemet onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Mustangs were the better team in the second half.

JASMINE Rios and ANGELINA SALTER scored both of Rancho Verde's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Rancho Verde's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those three contests. As for JW North, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6-2.
