After a string of six wins, Lenox's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Mount Ayr Raiders by a score of 7-6. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 5-4.

Lenox's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Mount Ayr, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lenox will host East Mills on Monday. As for Mount Ayr, they will face off against Essex on Monday.
