Softball Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Ringgold's offense. They came up short against the Murray County Indians on Monday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Tigers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Ringgold's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Murray County, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-12.

Ringgold wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 6-2 loss against North Cobb Christian on the 24th. As for Murray County, they have also already played their next game, a 9-2 defeat against Coahulla Creek on the 23rd.
