Basketball Recap: Belleville Mennonite Takes a Loss

Belleville Mennonite was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 34-19 fall against the Northumberland Christian Warriors. That's two games in a row now that the Thunder have lost by exactly 15 points.

Belleville Mennonite's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Northumberland Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.

Belleville Mennonite and Northumberland Christian's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Belleville Mennonite and Columbia County Christian (who has only given up 20.13 points per game) will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Northumberland Christian will take on Meadowbrook Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, a squad that's only allowed 25.67 points per game.
