Syracuse came into Saturday's game looking for another win against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, but Jayde Kreifels wouldn't allow it. Logan View/Scribner-Snyder snuck past Syracuse with a 38-33 win on Saturday for which the team can thank Kreifels, who shot 57% from the field en route to 16 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last ten games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Sydney Sagehorn, who posted eight points and three steals. Logan View/Scribner-Snyder is 2-1 when Sagehorn posts three or more steals, but 4-13 otherwise.

Despite the loss, Syracuse saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ava Mohr scored 12 points. Aubree Tuxhorn was another key player, putting up seven points.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder's record is now 6-14. As for Syracuse, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Boys Town at 7:00 p.m. As for Syracuse, they will head out on the road to face off against Auburn at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
