They came out on top against the Laguna Beach Breakers by a score of 4-2 on Saturday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Wildcats' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 311th, while the Breakers are ranked 83rd).

West Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 2-3-2. As for Laguna Beach, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-2.
