Bishop Carroll hadn't done well against Forest Hills recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Bishop Carroll Huskies walked away with a 74-66 victory over the Forest Hills Rangers. The Huskies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bishop Carroll was led to victory by Adelyn Myers and Ava Pablic. Myers dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 boards, while Pablic posted 13 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Emily Lucko was another key player, putting up ten points and six boards.

Forest Hills lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Aivah Maul, who went 8 for 20 on her way to 17 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. Those five assists gave Maul a new career-high. Paxtyn Pcola also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Bishop Carroll's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Forest Hills, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Bishop Carroll has already played their next game, a 51-31 defeat against Central Cambria on the 10th. As for Forest Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 79-53 victory against Penn Cambria on the 10th.
