Soccer Game Preview: Millikan vs. Roosevelt

The Millikan Rams will head out to square off against the Roosevelt Mustangs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Millikan is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.3 goals per game this season.

Millikan's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Cabrillo as Millikan made off with a 5-0 victory. The Rams' winning goal came courtesy of Emily Gonzalez.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Yorba Linda 2-1.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Millikan, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.
